Description:
MCT2E Optocoupler Transistor Output IC is an industry level single channel Phototransistor that has controlled based light(photon). MCT2E is stuffed with gallium arsenide LED and a silicon NPN phototransistor. MCT2E provides electrical isolation between two circuits. This transistor comes in handy when you are trying to isolate a noisy signal in digital electronics.
The MCTE is an Industry Standard Single Channel Photo transistor. Each optocoupler consists of gallium arsenide infrared LED and a silicon NPN photo transistor. These couplers are Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listed to comply with a 5300 VRMS isolation test voltage.
